We had a great time but many things were disappointing. The weather was great & we did a sister cruise which was amazing

We had difficulty getting reservations for the MY Time dining & even after a Manager gave us his card & put us at front of the line, there was confusion & 30 min waiting periods

I signed up for a pedicure and once I said I was not interested in all the extra "free samples & free analysis" there was quite a change in attitude. Not everyone has $$$$ to spend on all these other options

Most of the service & staff were excellent. There was one in a dining room who never spoke or smiled & there was one in a retail store that was of no help at all. Just rang up purchases. We had major issues trying to buy a photo pkg
Ship Quality

The ship is beautiful & well maintained. There was a guest that got locked in a restroom & was unable to get out. Maintenance had to come in & remove the door. There is also one floor that you have to go down a flight of stairs & back up stairs to get to that 1/2 of floor
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin 12324 was always clean and we had great sevice. The cabin is a little small for 3 woman LOL
Ship tip
Take the excursions and enjoy the entertainment. Get a porter for debarking, it makes a world of difference
We did a sailboat cruise that was amazing. We thought we were going to the island that we sailed out to but we would have had to swim in & did not have enough time. We did swim & it was amazing. The lunch on island is only from 12-2p & we didn't get back until 1:30p so that was a little tricky, that time could be extended for sure
Please explain what deck you had to go down a flight of stairs and back up stairs to get to that 1/2 of deck. I cannot do stairs so I'm hoping it's nothing I will have to do
