Review summary
I will make it simple....the girl who took care of our cabin and our two waiters are the only ones I would give 5 stars to. Cons: Understaffed, staff disengaged, manipulated into taking a beverage package and this was already in our package, and then was given two different stories when it came to canceling the package. Food was mediocre. Had to speak with the supervisors manager for the servers because the supervisor was openly berating the young servers who were trying to do their job. Did not even come close to the excellent experience we had with Celebrity where if you asked me to find a complaint, I wouldn’t be able to.Embarkation
