Review summary

We had a great time all 7 days, easy to embark and disembark. We had no problems what so ever, other than we couldn't win anything playing Bingo. Every crew member we encountered were top notch in what they did. The sales team's advise on where to shop was outstanding, we saved a lot of time and money.

We had expedited boarding, our storeroom keys were waiting on the door. Great idea.

The Windjammer was great. The food and service at the Samba Grill was great. Alex and Sunil took ready good care of us on our 33rd wedding anniversary.

Mama Mia and the Headliner shows were superb. Better than broadway. Ice Games was great, the ice skating was a perfect 10 all around.

While I did not have any children with me the activities that I saw were great.

Outstanding service by Gabriel the Head Waiter at the American Icon along with Osman the waiter and Noel the assistant waiter. Also Daniel at the Vintage bar makes a great Sangria. Keith took care of our room 14711cwith great care. We always had everything we needed.

The port was great. However there was no time to do anything. We need more time in the port (7 am to 1:30) to be able to at least eat lunch.

We did not like the Dragon Fire Zip line. The Dragon Breath was way better. I was disappointed that I changed the Dragon for the fire. The food in port was great and the beach was very beautiful.
