Review summary
This ship is like a floating small city with free food as much as you can eat. Night-time shows are very professionally done, just like your watching a broadway show. Wth about 6000 passengers onboard, you just have to plan out when and where in the ship you can enjoy your day. Buffet food quality and choices in the Windjammer was above average, but looking for a table is a challenge during peak time. Fine dining food are delicious and very well presented, however, service is very slow. We were seating with other 2 groups in our table and they've noticed the service was very slow too. Took about 40 minutes each from appetizer to main dish to dessert. We were very close to walking out if not for the supervisor walking through out table. They fixed the slow service problem after the second day though. Entire ship was clean and I enjoyed their thermal spa. There were 5 pools including the adults-only area and several hot tubs around. I prefer using the salt-water pool. For a 7-night cruise, its the first cruise I had where I experienced only 1 animal-towel. From all my other 7-night cruises, I always get around 3-4 different animal towel. Having a boardwalk balcony on the backend of the 14th floor, the view was amazing. We could watch and see the live shows and movies right from our balcony.Embarkation
