This was mine and my husband first cruise so I have nothing to compare to. The cruise was ok. Our cabin was quite warm and stuffy during the evening hours and early morning. Food was hit or miss.

Review summary

Cruise was just ok. Ship way too large. The food was hit or miss. The main dining room food was good most of the time. The restaurants you pay for were very good. The help always outstanding. From housekeeping to waiters and everyone inbetween.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The buffet was just buffet food. Nothing outstanding. Just food to feed the masses.

Onboard Activities

I enjoyed the bingo game.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
Attended the ice show. Was just ok. Nothing outstanding. Also saw the Planet Blue Show (I believe that was the name) A lot of the audience fell asleep (including my husband). Very dull and boring.

Service and Staff

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Not enough chairs for everyone. The food at Labadee could improve greatly. The chicken and ribs looked very unappealing. Hot dogs and frozen patty hamburgers. I guess it's hard to feed the masses (just like the windjammer)
