Review summary

We took a family of ten ranging in age fro 3 to 60. We had a great time, the weather was good except the last day rainy and cold. If you have a child they can only be in one water area if they use swim diapers. There were a lot of parents who did not know that

We had significant issues with service in the main dining room for dinner. Very slow service had to constantly ask for water refills, no bar service in dining room , missed delivery of food ordered and wrong food delivered that we had to give to the right person at the table.

All shows were great and the other activities were good with the exception of the character breakfast and wine tasting, not worth the money for what it was. Wine tasting was done by an activities person not a somilier and done in a dining room where below us lunch was going on, so you could not hear the person

Ship tip

Pay the money to valet check your bag to your final destination if flying. It makes walking off the ship easy with express walk off. Also download the mobile passport app for going through customs. We were off the ship and ready for our ride to the airport in less than 10 minutes.

Did not do an excursion but this port is easy to navigate and has many excursions. Last year we did laser tag in the Mayan ruins which was a lot of fun.

You know the character breakfast used to be free. They only started charging for it in the past few years.
