Review summary

Great Ship. Super Food. Fantastic Shows. Always something to do. Service is always the best. I've tried the others and always come back. I am never disappointed on RCCL.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Couldn't have been any easier. Thru Customs in 15 minutes. For once they had enough Customs Agents to handle 6,000 people. I usually see 3 there.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Absolutely Perfect. Shame it's a little costly, may be hard to book again.

Ship tip

Come down the day before so you can enjoy your first day on the Ship. Travel day is a nightmare. There is just so much to do.

Great Beaches and water

Disembarkation

Customs finally had enough agents. Usually a long line. Last wait this Summer was 45 minutes.

Royal has added areas for shops with local merchants and products but monitored by RCCL staff. It's a great idea and lets you view and purchase local products without the potential drama of being out into the public areas of the island.

Sailing on Allure 1/14 When getting off the ship in Haiti,Jamaica and Cozumel are there beach’s and shops assessable (near the ship) any input much appreciated I was not looking to do excursions but would like to be able to get off ship and have either beach’s or shopping in walking distance that is safe. Thanks again

Gkoser3321, thank you very much for that information. Normally, we avoid getting to the port before 11:00 but, due to travel arrangements and shuttle schedules this cruise, I expect we will arrive between 10:30 and 11:00. We are ok with the wait from our early arrival and will report back on the times as you just did. Sounds like RCCL has their process working very well. We will Do our part and have our documents completed and in hand:-)

I wouldn’t get there before 11 am. They have to clear the ship from prior cruise. Passengers are still getting off at 10 am and getting their luggage. So you will just stand around in a lot of chaos before 11 am. We got there at 11:15 and were on the ship in 15 minutes. Small Line at X-ray but other than that 5 minutes to get seapass card if your pre boarding paperwork is correct. Great job. Couldn’t have been easier.

Gkoser3321, or anyone. What time did you get to the RCCL pier and from there when did you check in then get on board? I would like to see how long the on-boarding takes based on what time a guest begins the process. Thank you.

Good to know get to sail on her in March 2018 cannot wait watched videos seen photos but it all adds up to nothing until you see it in person. Always heard great things about RCCL and happy to be joining their list of cruisers. 👍😎🌴🚢🍸🍹

We plan on using the Mobil Passport. It’s supposed to be fast
