Cost of photos is outrageous and wasteful. You go through the trouble and expense of taking all those photos and printing them just to throw them away. If there was a better discount for additional purchases I would have bought them. I only bought 2. I was happy there was a discount for my platinum status.

Food and Dining

Specialty restaurant costs have been increased since last cruise and are no longer worth doing. Paying $25 extra is acceptable, beyond that we will pass.
We loved that escargot was available every night in dining room. Strip steak in dining room was lower quality than Waffle House - unacceptable and needs improvement. Other meals in dining room were very good. Desserts not very impressive. I was so looking forward to Baked Alaska (which I enjoy on every cruise) and was very disappointed with it on this cruise. I can't even describe what it was but it wasn't even close to Baked Alaska.
Buffet was good for both breakfast and dinner. Servers in buffet should be cleaning tables faster and socializing amongst themselves less.
Didn't like the changes to room service - calling before delivery and the $7.50 service charge now so I didn't order it. Maybe that is RCL's plan - that guests will stop using it.
We loved Red Bull being included in drink package. In the past it has not been. Now I would like to see canned soda and water included in drink package. It's wrong that paying for a drink package doesn't include these items.
Onboard Activities

On sea days there should be more games around the pool. There was only 1 or 2 games each afternoon. It's fun to watch these types of events. Beverage servers should have specific areas of coverage so as guests we can get to know these folks and they are available. They would also garner more tips this way. Coverage was random and there would be many coming by in a row and then none for periods of time.
Entertainment

Elvis (Travis) impersonator was excellent! Comedy show in showroom was excellent. Didn't go to Mama Mia because it was 2 1/2 hrs long. Way too long. About 5 years ago on Allure saw Chicago and it was excellent. Didn't like how Comedy Club on lower level was ticket only or wait in line and then you had to go get a ticket for the following night somewhere else. We tried to get tickets but it was closed at that time. Person standing at door should be able to give you tickets for the following nights if available.
Service and Staff

Our cabin steward Sharma was delightful and attentive. She helped make our cruise enjoyable! Bartenders were friendly too. With drink package it would be better if you didn't have to sign a ticket every time. I am assuming that is so guests can add a tip, but of course the service charge is already included in cost of drink package, which I hope goes to servers and not kept by RCL

Love the promenade on this ship! So fun!
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin size was good. Bed mattresses can use an update. Really saggy! Tolietries provided were lacking. I had to ask for lotion and the shampoo in the dispenser seemed designed for men only. It was watery.
Been here many times. Originally booked this cruise to go to St Kitts. That was cancelled unrelated to hurricanes and then St Thomas and Puerto Rico cancelled due to storms. We would not have booked this trip had cozumel and costa maya been the original ports.
I heard most cruise companies are going digital for the pics .. and you can then choose to print if you want one the waste is nothing compared to what they sell ....
