Review summary

It is only 50 present of our expectation and satisfaction, because, again, our target was stateroom with Central Park view which customer service of the ship "Allure of the Sea" didn't provide for us.

our original cabin 12645 was located under the spa pump and was extremely noise and even has noticeable vibration. Therefore we had to be moved to the other cabin in the middle of the first night (1;30 am). The new cabin 8538 had ocean view, but did not have "Central Park" view, which was our main attraction for the cruise. We paid more to the "Central Park" view room compered to an ocean view room, Free restaurant dinner, which we got for our first night troubles, did not covered our accommodation in less attractive and less expensive state room compered to what we paid for. We are expecting cruise management to review our case and compensate us for our troubles.
