Review summary

Our initial Cruise that we booked was supposed to stop in Nassau, St. Thomas, U.S.V.I and St. Maarten. We only visit Nassau and we understand that this was for natural dessasters but the ship personnel told us that Allure of the Seas never goes to the U.S. V.I, so is these false advertising?? we ended up going to Labadee, Haiti and Falmouth Jamaica...nothing exciting

Ship personnel, especially the ones in book your next cruise department need to smile more, they seem not to care or don't like their work. Waiters were awesome though

I think you misunderstood someone. RC and even Allure travels to those ports all the time! They won't be going there for a few months because of the hurricane, but then they will be back.

They changed itinerary do to hurricane damage they travel Eastern Caribbean all the time. Whoever told you they do not are wrong. Most if the ports have major damage and are in ruins.

I am scheduled on the Allure in November. we r to go to Puerto Rico, St Thomas and Nassau. I wonder if we are going to the islands you went to? I've been to Nassau 5 times and Labadee twice, ive been to Jamaica twice but never Falmouth.

Not sure what staff would tell you they never go to the usvi. We've gone to St Thomas several times on RCCL and on Oasis class ships. Yes they won't be visiting for a few months as they were nearly destroyed by Irma, but they do go there

St Thomas and St Maarten are two of their major ports in the Eastern Caribbean.

Our very first cruise was on the Allure and we went to St. Thomas, St. Martin and Nassau. That was back in 2011

Allure does go to those ports. They have changed them until hurricane clean up is done.
