Review summary

Nice first time on an Oasis class ship, learned a few things we can apply for the next time. Deluxe drinks package was definitely worth the price. We will try a balcony with sea view next time, inside balcony view felt a bit cramped.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
smooth and plenty of available agents.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was uneven as far as temp and quality. Always enjoy Windjammer slections. 150 Centra Park was the star.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Florider was closed several times for no apparent reason.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
All shows were sold out but were fantastic.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Our 10 year old enjoyed herself. Coming off 5 years of Disney cruises thats saying a lot.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Bartenders were typically slow, room steward was invisible and just ok.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Amazing array of shops and restaurants. Everything was in good shape for a ship of this age and size.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Accessible room very basic, cabin attendant did not convert bed to couch daily so we were left a bit short on seating.

Ship tip

Make sure you have booked your dining and shows well in advance, excursions also sell out quickly.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida Did not visit port

Nassau, Bahamas

Once you have a balcony, you'll always want one. Now I'm scoping out suites.

Going to a balcony, you are going to spoil yourself! Glad you had a nice time on the Oasis class. Enjoy your next cruise.
