Review summary

This was my first cruise! The favorite part of the cruise was: the overall experience of a first timer; the OceanAria show was wonderful; the staff that served us each night at dinner and my stateroom attendant.

Areas of improvement: offer a variety of nighttime entertainment (different genres of music) that will meet the need of all guests aboard the ship.

Could offer a variety of genres for entertainment. The comedians were not that great, just okay. Each night the DJ should offer, especially late night, different types of music.

Nightly Dining: Austin & Aneglo were great! !! Their service each night - they went above and beyond, even on the nights we were a bit over the top. Big Kudo's to them!!! Don Johnson - our bartender server, nightly was kind, very informative on drink selections and great host. Daniel - My stateroom attendant (106555) each day/night is was on top of making sure the room was cleaned and ready for us when we returned. Clifton - we dined with him on Thursday night in Solaris dining room (I believe that's the name). His service was great as well!!! He planned a nice birthday surprise for someone in our party! The food and his service - top notch. The entire staff that serviced my group, were very professional at all times, on top of being friendly, patient, and overall great people.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was good, it seemed at night the A/C would be turned off although it was set to cool. but overall, our stateroom attendant (Daniel), kept it cleaned for us. The Central Park view was not much of a view - our room was just below the entrance doors.
