Review summary

The 2 shows we attended were awesome, the Aquatic and Planet.  Casino was ok, variety of machines but for some of us who like to just casually play, hoping to pass time, lost a lot of money...machines were a bit stingy:)

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food served in the dining area was often served cold. Coffee and hot water were often warm and not hot. On several occasions had to get hot water from area where beverages were served...Windjammer where they served water, lemonade, etc. and area across pizza place on deck 5 where sandwiches and snacks were served (self serve area always had warm beverages and had to ask attendants behind counter to get hot water and coffee from their kitchen area. Had a great experience at Chops Grill. Food came right to the table, fresh of the grill.

Service and Staff

We have been on RC several times. Attendants and staff were not as friendly and often on their mobile phones while talking to us. At one point before the parade began I went into the bar to get a chair as I can not stand for too long due to medical reasons. I asked if I can bring a chair outside and was told it was fine. I was sitting just adjacent to the bar and an attendant came and told me to make sure I return the chair after the parade. In the past when a chair was needed an attendant brought it out...this time it was "self service" which was fine, but to be told to make sure the chair was put back was a turn off. Room attendant was also not as friendly as we have experienced in the past.

Ship tip

Not sure what has happened to your customer service training...definitely needs improvement. We have been on several of your ships, Oasis, Indep ,Majesty, etc. Always had an awesome experience with staff and dining. This trip we convinced family wanting to go on Princess to try RC. Disappointed
