We are Diaond members and have been o this ship 2 previous times.  I loved it the last 2 but feel the quality of service and food has gone down.  I almost feel like RCCL doesn't care anymore about pleasing anyone because they know they have these huge ships and people will book them no matter what.  Our family had a good time being with each other  but overall will try a different ship.
