Review summary

Food variety and quality in most restaurant venues was "so so"

On-board service through telephone operators was rude and non-addressing

Took 3 hrs to get on bard baggage delivered to cabin

As a whole-this was "The President's Cruise" and the worst of several cruises I have sailed. Again, a big let down and a waste of money

The quality on food has gone down in the past 10 years no matter what cruise line you go on but we think RC is better than other cruise lines always had a good time on RC

Umm just like any other cruise, they do tell you that the luggage can take a few hours to get to your room, which is why they recommend taking a carry on. You've been on several cruises?? Doesn't seem like it. This is basic cruise rule 101....just saying...
