Review summary
The ports of call were great. The ship is beautiful and just amazing. However the service was a horrible disappointment, except for our room steward. In most service venues there was not enought staff. On other cruise lines, in the bars there was wait staff to take your order. Only once during the cruise did that occur for us. All the other times we had to wait 10 plus minutes in line at the bar for a drink. Most venues that held 300 or less people had only 2 bartenders.
On the days at sea the pools and lounge chairs filled up quickly. By 10:30 most were in use. But the bars on the pool deck did not open until 12 noon. So until they opened you had to go down to another deck to find a drink and bring it back.
This list continues, but I think you get the idea.
