Review summary
The Royal Caribbean ship Allure is an amazing ship with limitless things for guests to do. The staff is helpful and courteous and always there to please. The guest services staff could use a little upgrading as they are under staffed causing very long lines and not always as knowledgeable as they should be. Dinners were wonderful especially at the specialty restaurants. The new rules in regard to limiting smoking to special areas and not on ocean view balconies was very, very much appreciated. The entertainment was absolutely top notch at every venue.
