Sail Date: September 21, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

CRUISING WITH RCCL ON THE ALLURE SEVERAL TIMES A YEARS, WE NOTICE SMALL DIFFERENCES, WHERE THEY ARE CUTTING COSTS. NO PRUNES, YES NO PRUNES, ACCORDING TO THE STAFF THEY HAVE NOT HAD PRUNES FOR 4 MONTHS. IF YOU NEED TO WRITE A NOTE TO YOUR ROOM STEWARDS, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN PAPER AND PEN.

IT ALSO SEEMS THAT THEY HAVE CUT BACK ON PAPER, NO MORE GUEST SATISFACTION SURVEYS ON PAPER, EMAIL ONLY.OLDER PEOPLE DO NOT USE EMAIL AND THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE FREQUENT CRUISES.
