Review summary

Overall we enjoyed the cruise. Kids are 10-14. They had a blast. It was nice not worrying about what they were doing and if they were hungry. They could always help themselves. Have the right expectations and it will be a good week. There are lots of people but it’s a well oiled machine.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Only took 15-20 min to be on the ship from the vehicle.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Service was wonderful. Food is what you would expect for all inclusive.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There is always something to do on the ship. Rock wall was fun for everyone.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The few shows we went to were good.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
The kids participated in some of the teenager events and enjoyed that. None young enough for the little kid camps.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All service was top notch.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was clean and maintained. Adventure is an older ship that was updated in 2021.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
We had an interior and a balcony. The interior is fine for what it is. It had the two loft beds over the queen which is nice for sleeping arrangements. If you are sleeper the room can always be dark!

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

5 out of 5
Parking is easy. It is about $120 a week.

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

5 out of 5
The private port area is really nice with the pool and shops. We did the waterfall excursion which everyone enjoyed. The excursion place is a machine though. Tons of people so be prepared for that.

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
There were 6 ships there. So you have 25k people roughly walking into town and the near by beaches. Felt completely safe walking around town and the first few beaches.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
If your family is a water park family it’s a must do. We thought it was the best part of the trip. Seating js not an issue if you get off the ship in a timely manner. We rented a day bed on south beach also. The wife’s enjoyed hanging out and reading and having their own space.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Walked right off the ship. Process is very fast.
