WOW! What an incredible time we all had! My first cruise and Royal Caribbean knocked it out of the ball park!! Our group of 24 vacationers all had such a good time. The activities were fun, and plentiful. The bands kept us dancing all night and the shows were great. We planned a show every night. Our excursions were all local and provided everything that was advertised.
Embarkation

Very smooth process. Our group of 24 arrived during our scheduled time and made our way to the designated areas for the safety chat. Soon after, our cabins were available and off we went.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The food options were abundant. Windjammer was great for breakfast and lunch. For dinner on 2 nights, we had the entire group of 24 at 3 neighboring tables. The food was good and the service commendable. Chops Grille was delicious, great atmosphere and service.
Onboard Activities

First, I would like to announce that my son and his friends that joined us on the cruise won the volleyball competition!! It was an exciting tournament! We all had a ball! The fitness center was a great space, in addition to the standard equipment, I enjoyed the stretching class. The pools could definitely get crowded during the day, and the rock walls proved fun for the 6 year old and the 60 year old! Everyone Loved the slide, we just kept going and going and going! We finally played pickle ball and loved it! There is something for everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed the activities provided.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We tried to see all the entertainment that was available. The shows, musicians, dancers, singers, ice skaters, bands and DJs were fabulous. I haven't danced that much in years!
Children's Programs
No children.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The service aboard our first cruise was great. Our room steward did a great job tidying up every day and always had a few words when he saw us. Brian was the best.
Ship Quality

The staff did an incredible job of keeping on top of things. Especially in the Windjammer buffet dining area. 3K people coming in and out eating can be quite a mess but they kept things under control. Kudos to the dining staff.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was spacious, clean and provided plenty of storage space for the many things I brought with me! The balcony showed signs of wear and tear because it's exposed to the elements. The views were incredible! As we entered new ports we had a bird's eye view of each island we visited.
Ship tip
This was my first of many cruises to come! I completely enjoy each of my 7 days on Adventure of the Seas and would definitely do another Royal Caribbean Cruise. There is so much to do and enjoy. Planning an anniversary cruise for 24 people was quite a challenge however, everything went smoothly and everyone had a fabulous time. Our group included someone with mobility issues so we had a folding wheelchair in the mix. Young and old were in our group, we planned our outings at the various ports before the cruise and had no problems. The locals were welcoming and we had great adventures at every port. We all especially LOVED Little French Key!!!
Roatan was absolutely my favorite port. We were picked up by our tour bus and taken to board a little ferry ride to Little French Key. It is a remote destination that provided a great experience for the entire group. Paddleboard, water fun, beaches, kayaking, or just relaxing if you prefer. Topped with a nice lunch and colorful drinks! Lots of photo ops and cute animals.
In Belize we toured the Mayan ruins which was incredible to see in person. Our tour included a local lunch and the tour guy was very knowledgeable about the ruins.
Great playground for beach lovers! The festive music as we walked over to the Perfect Day was an awesome way to start the day, There were even wheelchairs for the sand! The shuttle buses to get around the little island were a necessity in the hot, hot sun. Fantastic having the food and drinks and ice cream right in the center of it all.
We carried our own luggage out of the ship. This was good as we were the first group to leave. However, we had to wait for about a half an hour to finally squeeze into an available elevator! Once downstairs, we walked quite a bit and finally, my much anticipated cruise was over... Nooooo
Hello, to our group of new cruisers! So happy to hear it was an exhilarating experience for all of you. We will be going on Adventure in March 2024, and would like to know what sort of entertainment was offered on the ship. Thank you.
Welcome to the wonderful world of cruising. Appreciate your very detailed feedback. Glad you and your group enjoyed your cruise. Happy to hear that you’ve become addicted to cruising like many of us.
