Such and overall disappointment. I feel like I just wasted a whole lot of money. It will take some serious consideration about booking with Royal again. I was not a first time cruiser from Carnival, Holland and Disney and was excited to sail with Royal but again just a huge disappointment.

food was about on the level as Applebees and never warm/hot. buffett was okay. Only other free place to eat was pizza/weird sandwiches. Drinks were okay. all boat drinks tasted the same.

dining staff great and bar staff great room attendent was slow and could not keep up//// hub did not get his bags util 9pm and the had to send formal clothes out to be pressed and didn't get back in time for first formal night

Didn;t have ac first 2 days/ called multiple times.....very old ship.... bathrooms outside of cabin would not flush.

So small for a balcony... no room at all.. bathroom was very old... not enough space for both our clothes. Balcony looked old and need to be repainted... not enough plugs
Food was great but we booked Coco beach club ANd were in the infinitite pool 5 min started to thunder and never could go bAck in pool or beach. Nothing else to do there
