Review summary

Had a great time with family and friends. Hoping Royal can iron out some of the wrinkles. I’m sure they will!

So very unorganized, long lines no matter what “check in time” you choose. Waiting in the heat. Staff confused as to where people should go and what should be happening. Total mess.

Main dining food was excellent. Wait staff attentive and kind. Windjammer was very busy, but good selection.

I wish there were more activities, but I’m thinking it’s due to low staff. What activities they did have were great!

Our room attendant was on point! Eugene-from The Philippines. Working hard for his family back home. Our room was spotless. Always had ice bucket full, very attentive. I was happy to leave him a big tip.

Enjoy yourselves! YOU make the best of your cruise, try new things, go to the shows and make time for some down time on the top deck in a lounger soakin up some sun!

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

Stayed in port and shopped. Had a delicious lunch of shrimp ceviche, guacamole and pico de gallo. Delicious drinks. Pretty crowded but fun!

Appreciate your feedback. The worst parts of your trip were predictable: Spring Break, embarkation and debarkation. Glad you enjoyed your cruise in spite of them.
