Again, this was the most poorly run cruise I have ever been on (across any cruise line). The staff were, in general, not friendly or helpful. Service was slow. Staff at the Excursion desk were so rude I was shocked. Service was definitely not the theme.Embarkation

Don't expect much in the form of service. Excursion Staff was rude and unwilling to help (even when the issue was their fault). The dining staff was not efficient. Set your expectations lower and you will be fine.
