The itinerary is wonderful and we can't wait to go back and see what we missed this time around. The staff didn't seem as friendly as some Royal ships and staff didn't have it together for US customs when going into the port at Bar Harbor. But all in all we enjoyed this cruise with Royal!
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Embarkation was simple and easy. We had the Key experience. It went smoothly with the exception of very rude diamond plus members who were verbally hostile to my husband and I because we were Key members.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Royal has the best selection of food on their MDR menus and also in the buffets. I do hope they keep the vegan menu and also make gluten free options the same across all ships.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
My husband used the gym and we enjoyed the entertainment in the Schooner Bar in the evenings and also daily trivia.

Service and Staff

Zhaoran and Joanna were our attentive waitstaff. They did a great job caring for our dietary needs.
Our room steward was Harris Watson and he was great! Always clean room and fresh towels when needed and remembered to bring ice every day as requested
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The design and layout of the ship is very similar to the Freedom Class. Rarely did the ship ever feel crowded and it was kept clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had an inside promenade view room 7603. We enjoyed people watching from our window. Just remember to close the curtains if you don't want people in the rooms across from you to see in your room while changing.
Did an excursion of the area. The Bay of Fundy was interesting and the Red caves were fun to explore. I think the next time we visit this port we will walk the town.
Peggy's Cove and Hop on hop off bus excursion. Loved Peggy's Cove. And hour is not long enough to enjoy this part of the excursion. Wish we had more time there. We didn't use the hop on/off bus because we felt there wasn't enough time to enjoy it and get back to the ship on time. We decided to walk the seaplex and visit the Maritime Museum. Highly recommend getting off the ship to see this port.
