Review summary
We are on our sixth cruise with RCC, had never sailed of the Adventure, but was told by family that cruised out of Galveston TX in September how great the staff and atmosphere was. Man did I make a mistake, first off, there was a crew change when Adventure changed ports to FLL and these crew was not happy, but the was one thing that has left a bad taste in my mouth was that my wife and I talked my son and his family into going with us because of the "Children activities on board" for their 4 year old daughter. RCC has (2) play areas for Children: (1) for 42" tall and (1) for children in diapers and you think ........ that's good they have bigger children in one area and smaller children in a different area, Good right? Wrong ! ! ! If your grandchild/child is less than 42" and Potty trained, they have NO place to play. After learning this, I spoke to the young lady in charge and was told that it was the company policy and nothing could be done. So, I went to Guest Relations and again was told it was a Safety concern. Well my granddaughter can go to Great Wolfe Lodge and slide all day.Embarkation
