Review summary

While I enjoyed the cruise, I am disenchanted in the service received. I feel that RCCL has gotten cheap and decided to take the standards to a mediocre level. Their cruises seem to be higher than other lines and they fail to deliver on the hype.

The food was delicious in the main dining room. The service was extremely spotty with bar service being horrendous.

This ship has been upgraded since my last cruise and the improvements made a great ship even better.

Entertainment

The production shows were great and the singers were fantastic, especially the featured singer. He did a great job connecting with the audience whether in the production show in the theater or the jazz show in the lounge.
