Review summary

Overall we all had a great time. Even though it was a full ship it was only noticed a couple times on sea days.

Embarkation

Supposed to have expedited check in. There were only 2 people working our windows. Those not in expedited line checked in before us.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Main dining room was awesome. Our main waiter Komang was on his first week in this position. We had a table of 12, he did an excellent job. Komang took the time to get to know each of us and our preferences, he knew our names on the first day.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Solarium is wonderful. Love and Marriage, Family Feud, and the Quest are a must.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The only reason it's 4 stars is the fact that more outlets are needed.

Ship tip

If you're prone to motion sickness book midship, or slightly aft. Forward notices more movement in rougher seas.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

5 out of 5
Puerto Rico is recovering from the hurricane, however there is still lots to see and do.

Willemstad, Curacao

Very friendly locals. Swimming with the dolphins was worth every penny.

Kralendijk, Bonaire Did not visit port

Enjoyed a quiet day aboard ship.

Oranjestad, Aruba

Eagle beach is a must do. Public bus is real cheap and easy to get to, just across the street from the Port. Umbrellas and chairs available to rent, they were willing to negotiate the price since we got 3 umbrellas and 9 chairs.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Very beautiful island even with lots of rebuilding to be done post hurricane. The first 2 excursions on my list we're cancelled due to the damage. Horseback riding was nice even if the advertisement was a little misleading. The "beach" portion of the ride was about 20 yards with a very short jaunt into the ocean; just long enough to get we're and have your photos taken.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Quick and easy.
