Do not use this room as a guess room. Need improvement with costumer service.
Why didn't guest services know new room was still occupied. Why was I given keys to an occupied room?
The ship was clean and the quality was good. My roommate needed to downgrade our room due to finances. The room was very bad. Very loud at night due to engine room. This room should not be used for guest. I was reimbursed $50 but vacation was bad due to lack of sleep.
I am sure you are aware of how loud the engine room is. Do not use this room for guest. Costumer service regarding this issue was bad. On my first attempt to resolve issue I was told to call when I hear the noise again. I called and nothing was done. They sent someone to hear the noise. 45 minutes later I called again because no one informed me of what was going on and was offered ear plugs. The next day I went to guest service and was really displeased with result. Was offered a new room at 7pm. Obtained new room keys at 7:30, my roommate and I moved our possessions for find out new room was still occupied. Moved back to original room. Was told new room would be ready later. Late for 8 pm dinner. Dinner table given to another guess. Very annoyed. To annoyed and aggravated to move again.
