Review summary

Good ports of call. Smoking in the casino is horrible. The guest services on board were inaccurate with excursions and billing. They sold me tickets for an excursion that had left 2 hours ago and then I had trouble getting them to credit my refund. They mischarged my account on several occasions and generally took way too much time to complete a single transaction. In addition, I felt like were only interested in me until they made the sale then they could no longer be bothered with any questions or concerns. The staff on board were generally very good and ready to please.
