Review summary

I was disappointed at the quality of entertainment on the Cruise as well as the customer service. Since the Line charges your tips to your sea pass, there seems to be no incentive for the staff to provide better service.

They work very hard for those tips. Most are very deserving

Hey there! They add the tips automatically now because there were a great number of guests that decided not to go to final dinning night just to get out of pay gratuity. So now they take it out each day the the attendants get paid each day. Some of these workers work hard for their tips because that is their only form of payment. As others do not work for the extra. I always say if they are kind to you be kind to them!

U can tell customers svc u rather pay them yrself so they won't do it automatically that's what we did then it's different

they might add tips, but it is divided up among so many different employees, that i would think the individuals would work hard to get extra tips from us.
