Review summary

I did not like the Puerto Rico port. Your status if you are platinum or gold or diamond did not matter. It was obvious the porters for luggage was the key to getting anywhere in line. No place to sit prior to getting on boat. Not a pleasant experience. The entire cruise and staff was centered around the Hispanic customers. Slow arrive at formal dining.

I will cruise again with Royal Carribean but not out of that port.

36, I get it and honestly, it probably comes out even w the alcohol. The premium package just below the top tier package includes bottled water...a case of water is almost 50 dollars so for me it's worth it. Little secret, don't flaunt it and take care of your favorite bar tenders and sharing is fine :-)

I'm taking this cruise in August 2017. Does anyone get the beverage package? How much do you spend on drinks for a week if you don't get it? I'm use to doing all inclusive, so sometimes you drink just because. Opinions? Patrick4 I know you can answer this.

We had problems with Embarkation, rather a jumbled mess if you were not familiar with it. Understanding Spanish would be a GREAT help...

I had to ask several times to repeat the announcement in English.

Patrick4, I'm sailing in July also and being in San Juan last year on the Liberty, PR was a great place and the people were cool! Some folks just want to have gold and rose petals thrown at their feet and treated as if they were royalty! OK, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, and even Bayonne ports have pretty much the same embarking/disembarking process, some faster than others, but you're not the only one who paid their hard earned money to sail. Get a grip or stay home! When we board, we board to have a good time no matter what your background or ethnicity!

I cruises this ship in July. I completely disagree. Other than karaoke doing many Spanish tunes, I had the same experience out of San Juan I would have out of Florida. That was a sad statement! Awesome people in San Juan, awesome ship, awesome cruise!

I have 3 cruises out of florida and trust me you can have a good time from PR latins like to party and have a good time. If you want to sleep stay at home

I'm on the ship now, how is it catering to Hispanic people? I'm white and have not seen that at all. They cater to all people imo. Have had a wonderful time and not seen any racism at all.
