Review summary

Adventure of the Seas, Southern Carribbean Cruise to St Martin, Bonaire, Aruba and Curacao was amazing! Each island had a feel of it's own and had many things we could do on our own or on an excursion with other passengers. We loved the catamaran trips that included snorkeling with a beach stop! Activities and shows on board the ship were so much fun thanks to the crew and Chlo, the activity director! While the buffet was awesome, you can't beat the service and menu in the dining room! Especially with the fine service we received from Edi and Zhoaran!!! Wow, EXCEPTIONAL!!! Keep in mind that soda, alcohol and wifi are extra costs on the ship! The ship was very clean and our room was cleaned twice a day! Mathew, our stateroom attendant, did an exceptional job!!! Getting 4,000 people to depart on the last day was the only part of the trip that we did not thoroughly enjoy! Make sure that your flight is not scheduled any earlier than 6 hours after the ship arrives at your final port which in our case was Puerto Rico! I would recommend this ship and cruise to everyone and we plan to do it again in the future!!!

Edi and Zhoaran were excellent in the dining room! We miss them already!!!! The buffet was great but we never missed the dining room because the food and service were out of this world!!!

The comedians were very good, especially Kivi!!!! Wow, what an ice show!!!

Service and Staff

We loved our servers, Edi and Zhoaran. They went out of their way to assure we had excellent food and service. Their recommendations were always spot on!!!! We couldn't have been happier and went to the dining room every evening especially to see them. Mathew did a wonderful job cleaning our room and taking care of us! We were pampered in our dining room and our room!!!! Thank you!!

Our cabin was very nice on the third floor. It was kept very clean and Mathew did an outstanding job! Liked the views from our window!

Ship tip

Take advantage of the shows, activities, excursions, dining room each day! We met a lot of wonderful people from all over and saw some amazing sights. We did 2 excursions through Royal Caribbean and 2 through an online source. We felt very safe on all of the islands!!! All were great!

Beware of timeshare scams! Aruba was probably the most active city with clubs, restaurants and bars. Snorkeling spots become crowded but still awesome!

My favorite stop! The town and buildings were beautiful! There were other things to do besides snorkeling like a cave visit, a floating bridge and floating vendors! A lot of history here!

Went on this cruise this past March and I am scheduled for this upcoming March! I had such a great time the first time and now I am looking forward to the revitalization, it will be like being on a brand new ship😁

When we were on her in April our muster drill was around 5:00 which pushed dining times a bit later but no big deal. We flew in night before and spent time wandering around waterfront, shopping and went to El Morro fort. Wonderful time. We boarded around 1:30/2:00. Our boarding went smoothly. Fabulous time!

That is so awesome to hear, group of 8 are doing this cruise on this ship , departing Sept 17th. How was the departure from San Juan and how/ when did they do the muster drill when you leave at night? Just curious. So looking forward to the trip. Thanks for your review.
