An Incredible Honeymoon

Sail Date: June 11, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

This was our honeymoon, I had sailed before, but this was my wifes first cruise. The ship is absolutely striking when you first board, one immediately forgets that you are onboard a seagoing vessel and not in a Vagas hotel, (which is both a pro and con).

We were special needs meals and were frustrated that you table had been messed up, but a stop and the dining room cleared it up, and we were soon on our way to a wonderfull vaction. There could definetly have been more hottubs (or smaller ones) for honeymooners (there were 80 on our sailing) but for a fun cruise with a wonderful ship, good service, and great ports of call, we highly recommend the adventure.

Pros: The Beaches of Antigua

Cons: The Rooms

Philipsburg, St. Maarten
We got rained out
Don't Miss: We heard wonderful things about the treetop Loterie Farm (But were rained out)
Castries, St. Lucia
we took a catamaran to the Pitons and Sulfer volcano, very relaxing and pleasant place
Don't Miss: Marigold Bay, is so beautiful

St. John's, Antigua
We woke up late and went to Turner's Beach, its paradise, dont miss it
Don't Miss: Turners beach is simply heavenly, a great place to do nothing, our favorite spot on the cruise.
Bridgetown, Barbados
Malibu beach was crowded and dank, dont take your wife on the rainforest hike and cave adventure for your Honeymoon if you know what is good for you.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
So much fun, we went scuba diving and the Duty free is not that pushy or annoying. Dont miss the synoguoge. WEAR SUNSCREEN! (We burned badly through the clouds)
Don't Miss: Synagogue is facisating
