Review summary

I've cruised on 4 different cruise lines because I like to vary the ports. I was hesitant about such a large hsip as I want to relax on vacation. You would never know there were so many people on board nor would you know htere were about 50 kids. There is plenty to do on the ship but fortunately, they don't announce each activity with the speakers. You need to read the daily planner if you intend to take advantage of these activities. The ship is very clean as were the bathrooms. The coffee shop is a nice touch. The staff were far friendleir on this ship with a smile and a hello all the time. I do wish they had a bigger sports bar & larger TV's in it.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was excellent but was never hot always luke warm but it was good. The desserts were fantastic if you like sweets

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Lots to do if you choose to do it. The nightly shows were slightly better than average but the acoustics were much better

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
best staff on any ship I"ve ever been on

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Even though it's a large ship it's not so long that it takes forever to walk from end to end.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
We had an inside cabin so it was small & if you are tall forget about picking up the sopa in the shower if you drop it

Ports of call

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
Rented a car and cruised the island. Shopping is great but they use the Euro on the French side so it can be costly.

Willemstad, Curacao

5 out of 5
Did one of the ship tours which is an easy way to do things but more costly than if you rent a car or taxi.
Don't Miss: just open your eyes and be astounded.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
Rented a taxi. They drive on the left so I'm glad I did & saw many beautiful beaches

Oranjestad, Aruba

5 out of 5
Rented a jeep and cruised the island. I liked all of it. Restaurants are as expensive as you'd expect on an island. I can't wait to go back. Hold onto your hat i'ts windy
Don't Miss: don't miss the natural land bridge

Pros: even though there were more than 3000 people on board it felt like there were less than 1000

Cons: price of drinks
