Review summary

Very disappointed for the service we received while staying in the Royal Family Suite. We had much better service when we were in a lower type room.

Our room steward was terrible. Saw him only once to introduce himself and then he would pass us an ice bucket in the morning from outside the door without coming in. We had to ask for additional towels and room was never vacuumed. We never saw him again.

TV was being worked on when we arrived and they were unable to fix it. Said they would be back to do so but never returned so we never had tv in our living area.
