Review summary

Our stateroom tenant was the best and the highlight of the trip. He had all the answers and was always there for you. The guest services, waitstaff, and cruise director/staff were always clueless. THey were never able to provide the right information or assist. The night events weren't planned so both seating could attend the big events. For example: the art action, jewerly action, bingo ran late every time so 1st seating would get backed up.

The selection of food was poor. Multiple times the food whether it was meat or seafood came out dry. Our waiter and his assistant couldn't get there act togehter. Some nights some of the guest at our able were not given bread. Getting drinks at times was impossible and forget having the water refilled. Once we filed a complaint on the 3rd day the head waiter tried to make things better but thing didn't improve.

The activites were poorly planned. There is nothing for the ages 23-34 to do. The jesters club always had the youngesters til crfew (eventhough the staff was suppose to kick them out at 11pm) and the much older crowd after. You will have bnetter luck of getting to do the activities if you have the late seating. THe only throughout day was the one day at sea.

Some of the rooms suppposedly had a couch that could be turned into a bed, but its not true. We had to go and request a roll-away bed which did take up a lot of room.
