I am sure you are aware of how loud the engine room is. Do not use this room for guest. Costumer service regarding this issue was bad. On my first attempt to resolve issue I was told to call when I hear the noise again. I called and nothing was done. They sent someone to hear the noise. 45 minutes later I called again because no one informed me of what was going on and was offered ear plugs. The next day I went to guest service and was really displeased with result. Was offered a new room at 7pm. Obtained new room keys at 7:30, my roommate and I moved our possessions for find out new room was still occupied. Moved back to original room. Was told new room would be ready later. Late for 8 pm dinner. Dinner table given to another guess. Very annoyed. To annoyed and aggravated to move again.

Smelled like a port-o-potty and no towels for the first day and a half. Guest services was little to know help.

Good size, and we didn't miss having a balcony. The views were great, and we went up to the top deck for many of the ports to get even better views.

Great cabin maid. Room had damp carpet due to cabin next door ...also difficult had to travel half way down port side to access rest of the ship . Would not stay in this cabin again, as an emerald member would have expected at least an upgrade. Review is finished
