Space was incredible for a family of 4. Kids had their own bunk area.

Great ship, great staff, great ports! by FlashpackerFam

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Adventure of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Southern

Very spacious, great layout with a bunkbed nook for kids worked well. Right at the front of the ship which did make it a little rocky at night but happy to sacrifice that to gain the extra space. No balcony but two large portholes. We preferred not to have a balcony as had small children with us.

A Relaxing (even if chilly) Cruise! by OTown4

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Adventure of the Seas

Nice space. Still not a great option for 4 adult people (3 of whom are over 6 ft).*They moved us out of our Ultra Spacious OV w/sleeping for 6 due to "covid spacing policies." I really would not consider the "sofa sleeper" a reasonable sleeping space. It was rock hard. We loved the big balcony and the fact that it is actually within the structur of the ship helped provide some protection on our 2 very windy sea days so we could still enjoy being out near the water. The bathroom size and tub are great, but finishings are showing their age.

1 Royal cruise and 6 Disney cruise comparison by Snowwhyt

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Adventure of the Seas

The main bedroom was very nice. Our couch in the living room had several stains obviously not from the same products. We had a bunkbed room and the mattresses had a gully in the center where I slept. I thank my cabin steward who was kind enough to change the sheets on that bunk mattress for me as the first ones smelled horrible. The next ones were absolutely fine I’m so glad it was not a condition of the room and just those set of sheets. On our 6 night cruise, we never once had Kleenex available to us. He left us extra glasses when we requested it. And they also left us two navigators for the five of us each day
