Jason was awesome at keeping our room clean and we enjoyed the towel animals. Very personable as well.

Cabin was clean, plenty of storage. Extra points for the glass doors for shower. Getting hot water in sink or shower in the evening was a challenge. Announcements control did not work, so announcements were hit or miss. Did have a problem with toilet one day when it started continuously flushing, had to call for service, it was fixed quickly.
