This was a cruise my son (50 years old and myself 72) took together. We would do it again as it was "nice warm & sunny". All over, most wonderful as we truly enjoy and complement the Carnival Cruise Line. Welcoming feeling overall as crew were, truly exceptional. We're just saddened we didn't get crews names who spoke with us throughout our adventure. We're looking forward to going on excursions in the future.

We love it and will definitely be back again! Great service!

Horrible Boring waste of money & disappointing that no one is trying to refund or give me any type of credit

This was the best experience of ours in a very long time. There is nothing like taking a cruise with Holland America. We will be doing this again as soon as possible. I can't believe it took us this long to take this trip.

It was the first cruise I’ve taken alone. Was nervous, but that soon was replaced by enjoyment and relaxation.

I’ve never wanted to do a cruise . Next we will be doing a European cruise .

We had a lot of fun overall and didn’t let the little stuff bother us. But the service could have been better, the layout could have been better thought out, and we were annoyed about sooo many extra charges with no effort to compensate for the inconveniences caused by norovirus on board - missing activities, constantly having hands sanitized, inability to access buffet on your own to get exactly what you wanted because you had to be served, washing and scrubbing everywhere all the time, delays boarding, and generally feeling a little unsettled about potentially getting sick. Would have appreciated some better customer service and instead got a tired and grumpy crew.

The Joy housed over 4,800 passengers. This is the 1st time we cruised on the Joy and the last! If a ship contracted Norovirus twice something is wrong here!! Passengers should receive at least $500 on board credits next cruise on other NCL ships!! It was uncomfortable for 7 days watching the crew constantly sanitizing everything! Washy washy was term to wash hands! But, I thank the NCL crew for doing an excellent job in preventing the spread of Norvirus! Thumbs up people!!

We loved all the food, entertainment, and ports of call. There was a storm on the way back so the ship was very rocky. My husband was so seasick he didn't leave his stateroom. Our steward was very understanding and our waiter was kind to send dinner back with me to our room for him.

This was a great getaway cruise, I cruised over the Thanksgiving holiday which was a first. It would have been nice if travel agent would have informed us that this is one of the busiest times when children cruise. I would have gone a week earlier or later. We had over 800 children on board.

It was a very fun weekend getaway before we embarked on the holidays ahead.

We took this cruise just for a quick Fall get away. It gave us a chance to try Carnival cruises. I have never seen an embarkation go so fast and smoothly. At 1 pm, the line for the buffet lunch was so long, we gave up and got a burger on deck. The main issue with the cruise - when we got to our cabin it was cold, with cold air blowing out of the vent. I asked the room steward. She turned the control knob and brought us an extra blanket. Still cold. Hard to sleep with a cold draft blowing on my face all night. Called Guest Services the next morning. Bluntly told the ship does not have heat, turn the vent off. No help at all. The fact that this ship has no heat should be disclosed before booking. 4 days in a cold tin can is not my idea of a pleasant cruise.

It was a lovely week. I'd recommend this itinerary and this ship.

This was for our 25th anniversary. The food was not good, and the morning main dining room crew was very rude. I would not go on another Carnival Cruise again.

The experience was ok mainly got sick from the food the whole trip my room was soo cold Practically freezing seems like nobody didn’t wanna help me but overall it was ok just wouldn’t take this cruise I’ll try something different

Overall it was enjoyable and. would recommend it. Princess does a excellent job of taking care of you.

We had a blast & we’re constantly treated like royalty. Awesome experience.

If you can book this cruise for ~ $800 ea (gratuity included) you've gotten a decent price for the 7 days of good food, entertainment and housing aboard the ship.

Great cruise ports were nice and Princess outdid themselves with the Royal Princess
