Mexican Riviera was beautiful and Carnival was a great cruise line for our first cruise

A bit disappointed in the ship and the service. Bienvenudi at Sabatino's was an excellent server. George at the Internet Cafe was incredible and our steward Alysonn was a lovely man. Otherwise, ho hum service.

I wish there were more ships from LA, Princess really stands up for us LA passengers, Much appreciated Princess

This was my first cruise and the beginning of more which I will book on Carnival.

Horrible experience! As I went to guest services countless times and because we never got our onboard credit and decorations and had random charges to our room and they did nothing!!!!

Would not do this tour again ourselves. Seems if you have kids it would be the right one, as they definitely had the upper hand to pool area and halls.

My dad is visiting for two months, so my wife sent us on a dad/son cruise, it was very relaxing, no dancing involved this time. And we even had some action on the day at sea when the Coast Guards picked up a medical emergency and were hovering 8 feet above the top railings. I'm sure it's on youtube by now.

I planned this for the family’s coming from Korea. Every one enjoyed the cruse.

I wouldn’t go on the cruise again. It was my first time and not something for me. Food was okay. It was a hit or miss. Mass produced food, beverages in plastic cups that have been used hundreds of times, but hospitality is AMAZING. Great customer service and staff is always going above and beyond. Thank you so much “I-made” (housekeeper) and “Lesther” (waiter at Pride Dining Room). They really made the trip worthwhile because I’m a customer service person and would pay for customer service over anything else.

We had a blast. It was a little cold near the end. The ports were awesome. There is a lot of variety with alcohol beverages. The only thing I didn’t care for was the food. Very bland.

If it wasn't for EMMA (Cruise Director) it would have been a far worse experience. She is TERRIFIC and without a doubt the BEST CRUISE DIRECTOR I have ever had on my 60 CRUISES. She definitely made up for SOME of the shortcomings we experienced. To be honest, we talked about getting off the Ship in Cabo or Puerto Vallarta but chose not to. We were extremely disappointed with the Cruise wand Carnival and will NEVER choose Carnival for our Vacation needs again. As a matter of fact, my Niece just asked my opinion for he Family or 5 and I suggested Royal Caribbean and told her to steer clear of Carnival due to my recent experience.

Enjoyed time with friends eating and drinking and site seeing on this beautiful ship

For young families and kids and young adults. Lots of partying and drinking.

Overall we really enjoyed the Panorama cruise Highly recommend

All in all, we enjoyed the cruise, but have done this itinerary many times. We took this cruise because we wanted to experience the new Vista class, Panorama. The ship was nice and new, but we didn't care for this class ship. We'll stay with the smaller ships. This is a great ship for families with children as there is so much for them to do. Being we are retired, we'll stick to the "old people" ships and cruises - lol!!

Loved it!!! Amazing ship! So much to do! Great ports! Great service! Can’t wait to go again!!!!

I look forward to taking a cruise at least once a year and this was so enjoyable !
