Review summary

Horrible experience! As I went to guest services countless times and because we never got our onboard credit and decorations and had random charges to our room and they did nothing!!!!

GROSS! Room had foreign black hair in bathroom and in the bed! We couldn’t even sleep in the bed I had to sleep on top!!!!

Gross and very dirty! Didn’t have cups! Staff was rude! Never cleaned the room and had dirty towels.
