Excellent. I will repeat this one. Wonderful new ship

WORST CRUISE EVER - NO SLEEP FOR THREE NIGHTS - NOWHERE TO SIT OUTSIDE QUIETLY EITHER. BOOK THIS ONLY IF YOU HATE HAVING A NICE TIME

Most relaxing cruise I have been on. The slamming of doors became a little much, but tolerable. I got the Covid test at the site, so we ended up bypassing all of the people in line, to go to the testing area. Once cleared, you check in. The ship is nice and modern. The time at sea gives you true time to relax and take in the sites onboard.

Great get away! Didn't worry about safety at all and everyone was kind and professional. Had so much fun.

This cruise met expectations for food and dining, not for entertainment.

Wonderful trip with my sister. Beautiful ship and wonderful staff.

Overall, NCL did a fantastic job on this cruise. Service was perfect. The only issue were the entitled guests that felt they could ignore the rules and not wear their masks or not wear them properly. That was very upsetting.

Planning another cruise on NCL in March of 2022! And another cruise on carnival in May 2022!

The ship was great. I really don’t have anything to complain about. And Lee the Cruise director was awesome during our cruise.

We had a wonderful cruise, we love the Navigator of the seas!! Everything was perfect and the health protocols were above and beyond!

This cruise was wonderful from everything to our room staff that kept our room clean with cute animals down to our servers at dinner to our amazing picture guy that made sure he had some perfect pictures of the whole family. And such fun entertainment

Being able to cruise again was great. It was great to see the Carnival "crew" so happy.

We had a blast! it was raining a little and the weather is not what we wanted but overall we had an amazing time!

It was great, we always make our trips fun. There were a few things we wish would have been better: All night diner or better room service food, the casino took all my money the first night and the activities were limited and cancelled while on the ship for 2 days!

Overall I'm not impressed with HAL and we were so excited to sail with them. A lot of empty apologies is how I'll remember this cruise. Tiny balcony staterooms. Full price with poor quality and service. Another case of "because of covid" excuses. And honestly, after 2 years of being at home and hearing that, they should do better or not sail.

Honestly it felt more expensive than it was worth. With all the hidden fees and taxes it came out to nearly twice what we expected before anything we actually ordered on the ship. The food and entertainment were okay but if we'd stayed another night we likely would have been pretty bored.

The 7-day Mexican Riviera Cruise was fantastic during the pandemic. I think the ship has been a lot cleaner than before. I don't understand why everything has to be closed on disembarkation day. I'd like to get my workout out of the way before getting off the ship but was told the fitness center is closed. The Specialty Dining is okay. I'd expect better food for the extra charge. I was looking forward to having Escargot or Lobster in one of the specialty restaurants but didn't see them on the menu. I think NCL needs to bring back Steak and Lobster night at the Main Dining Rooms and also Escargot as one of the Appetizers.

We were lucky the ship was only ~60% full so there was always room for us to do what we wanted to do. The water slide was great for the 9yr old especially since the kids club was closed for drop off, (the water flume however seemed to fail about 1/4 people). Book early for laser tag it fills up fast.

Overall really excellent cruise. I think it’s silly to have the jogging track on the 12th floor with kids running around with wet feet from the pool area. Not safe at all.

Great cruise from LA port. Only thing was weather for us was little cold.
