WORST CRUISE- EVER!!!!!!!!!! i would not sail on that ship if you gave me the whole ship. shameful overselling of a false promise - shame on Princess. previous cruises all a delight
WORST CRUISE EVER - NO SLEEP FOR THREE NIGHTS - NOWHERE TO SIT OUTSIDE QUIETLY EITHER. BOOK THIS ONLY IF YOU HATE HAVING A NICE TIME
Embarkation
1 out of 5
fairly easy
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
dull, tepid food, or worse except for the Chinese one which was v good. steak house was appalling - lump of gristle and fat is not a steak! they did not even enquire why a plate had been left with so much food to see if all ok. could not be bothered to make more fuss given the 100 other issues on this ship.
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
should not be encouraging group activities with omicron run rife.Spa spent more time being blunt and overselling than relaxing us. had to ask for it to stop. my massage technician was good and nice and they did offer us a supplement restaurant to say sorry but having people tell you you have wrinkles on your eyes when doing a pedicure is a bit much and then offering advice which was factually inaccurate was not good.
Entertainment
average shows nothing special and did not want to be with groups
Service and Staff

you tell me...is being lied to ok? is having drinks pored onto the door and carpet of your suite ok and not cleaned up...is having staff with covid diagnosed and kept quiet ok is 10 requests for a manager or GM to contact you and never being responded to ok??????????
Ship Quality

are cockroaches on balcony and hairs and old string in indoor pool and our bathroom wall and bath ok????
Cabin / Stateroom
1 out of 5
bed was a brick with a sheet. hairs in bathroom on ceiling and in bath, and cockroaches on balcony which was also filthy. fridge door broken, balcony door refused to open a number of times, had to ask for assistance more than once to sort these issues out. Balcony was too small for 2 people to do more than sit bolt upright with no comfort
Oh, this appears to be the “book AA cruises” company, same people, but you get American Airlines points. I have used the Marriott one three times and they are all people working from home. I had one person start to sell me a cruise based on another “company”, then he apologized and shifted to Marriott. Very little after sales support.
