This was my favorite cruise so far. The ship, staff, entertainment, food was amazing.

Overall great trip, would recommend this cruise to anyone who has never taken a cruise.

We would definitely do this cruise again. The Carnival Firenze is great ship. We'd definitely stay on the 5th level, we're spoiled at this point. And this time it was our 30th anniversary, but in the future, we'd like to take our daughter and grandkids with us the next time. In the words of the old NIKE campaign, 'JUST DO IT!'

OVERALL GOOD. EXCELLENT FOR FAMILY WITH KIDS. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IN FORMAL DINING OPTIONS SPECIALLY FOR VEGETARIAN SOUPS AND SALADS. BREAD QUALITY WAS NOT GOOD. NOC HOICE IN BREAD. DO NOT OFFER ANY INDIAN BREAD WITH MAIN COURSE.

We cruised as a family of 6 with four children age ten and under and we had a blast. Lots of things to do for all ages. We didn't utilize the kids club. The food was incredible and staff is so friendly and helpful! Would go again!!

Wr had an amazing cruise yo the Mexican Riviera. It was very hot during the days at port, but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.

A great family cruise. Everyone in our family ate great food and had fun with the cruise entertainment. We also loved the ports we stopped at. Staff was great!

Cruise was wonderful until the last night. I purchased a picture of my family from 7/5/24 and when I picked it up I also had wallets. The wallets made it into the envelope but the 8x10 didn't and now I've no where to find that once in a lifetime photo of my entire family. They said it couldn't be digital because it was on the stair case... but ruined my entire trip... I hope someone can find it and send to to me. Again 7/5/24 picture was taken on the ship stairs... I saw the picture but it wasn't put into the envelope when I got home.

Nice ship if you're looking for wall-to-wall people, lots of parties and plenty of activities for young kids and partygoers. If you are looking for higher caliber dining, entertainment and more adult-oriented experience, choose another cruiseline. Three out of four of our group were left with a COVID souvenir.

We had a great time. The boat is very beautiful with loads of places to hang out and do activities. Our kid LOVED Camp Ocean and came home every time with artwork and fun stories. The boat never seemed crowded or had long lines which was nice for this size boat. It was also very clean. The pool decks are a bit small but there’s lots of loungers on the decks above it if you want sun.
