Checking in and getting out are very well organized. Staffs are very friendly. The food was nice just wish to have some noodles and Chinese food in the buffet since there are so many Asian people.

This was a wonderful 4 day Cruise that met all of our expectations. I would definitely recommend taking this cruise as a maiden voyage to start your on the seas adventures.

Good for little kids and Disney fanatics (of all ages). This was my wife's and I first Disney cruise. We wanted to see what the fuss was all about and whether we would want to spend money on a future Disney cruise for our grandkids. Not convince this would be the best use of our funds.

I really enjoyed this fun and relaxing cruise with my son and his wife. We did a lot of spa services this time; more than we have done in the past. I enjoyed the food & service, movies, trivia, and line dancing class. I will sail Princess again.

Everything was perfect and clean The ports were very fun. I recommend all excursions shopping was very cheap. Disembarking went very smoothly.

My cruise was meant to be an escape. It did that very well. With no internet, no texting, no phone calls, and no emails. It was a complete disconnect. I did not care for the entertainment. The shows seemed to have an agenda. Kareokee was average. There just wasn’t enough variety in the entertainment. I was bored. None of the excursions were enticing and seemed way to expensive for what was provided. I probably won’t go on another Princess cruise

Our first cruise and experience and I have to say it exceeded our expectations. We definitely will keep and do cruise again as part our vacations.

Our travel agent did not do a good job of getting our requests processed , we did not get what we expected for the price we paid.

With all of the ample itineraries, activities and dining options, make sure you research your options before you choose. Avoid cruises with full or multiple days at sea.

it is great overall, will recomment to freinds and family members

It’s hard to complain when you’re on a beautiful ship cruising the Mexican Riviera. However, after sailing on nineteen other cruises we felt somewhat disappointed on this one. The food was not as great as we have previously experienced. The priority amenities were disappointing at best. The inability to post room service requests the night before on the cards was truly missed.

We enjoyed the cruise very much and it was nice to travel on a new ship. We had trouble with the medallions and the onboard wifi but after a day found the right place to help us. The casino allows smoking so many people were in there smoking even when not gambling. This caused the room to be extremely smoky and there is a beautiful smoking lounge directly across the casino for their use but overall, a good selection of machines. The cocktails were fabulous and the bartenders were amazing.

Nice new ship, beautiful design. Appears to be suffering from staffing issues especially in the dining areas, getting a beverage in the buffet area was particularly difficult. Great potential but missed the mark in several areas. Being a premium line is all in the details, this one missed the mark.

We were first-time cruisers and so really knew very little going into the environment. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons and we would consider cruise travel in the future. It would be helpful to have some sort of live interactive process (other than the customer service desk w/long lines) where more specific guest questions could be answered not covered elsewhere. Either a Live Chat option, first-day information stations, or even a FAQ page where a question can be asked if not found.

This was hands down the best cruise I’ve taken & I’m looking forward to cruising again in 2024

It was fun. The kids had a good time. My fiancé is already wanting to book our next one.

Great short trip to experience what Cruising is like especially for a family with young kids teens.
