Fun, reasonably priced vacation with good ports of call.

My first time in this cruise ship But I am not satisfied during 7 days to visit Mexico because a cruise ship miss to enter on time to San Cabo de Lucas people very upset about this situation

I just enjoyed getting away and relaxing.Wanted to use balcony but this trip was colder than usual so couldn't enjoy our balcony.

Food could have been better for but there is no way to express this on the cruise survey they provide you at the end because your servers tell you that "food quality" actually means "how good were my recommendations for you" which is absolute bogus because now you're guilt-tripped into saying the food was excellent when it really was not.

Good cruise but very crowded with all the children on board. I did enjoy seeing the ports in Mexico and had a good time.

Ship is geared towards families and kids. Surprised that Royal Caribbean allows smoking in the casino as it is not allowed on other RCCL cruise lines.

Really enjoyed this cruise, but was disappointed in incorrect breakfast delivery to our room each morning, and very frustrated by the lack of hot water available for showers during peak usage in the AM and PM. The kitchen was responsive to our concerns with the room service and gave us a gift of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to make up for the issues.

The fact that the ship was new made the trip fun. Families with kids on the love boat? Really? There were a lot of obviously sick people on the cruise not wearingadks, which I found to be an issue.

This cruise was very good. We had choppy water and lots of swaying but we always enjoy the sunshine and getting away.

All great. The ship was nice. Keep the elite perks coming.

This was the first time that I have been on a 7-night cruise. It was a lot of fun with a lot of activities to do.

on 1/7/2023 we went on a 7 day Cruise on the Jewel. there was noise in the room next to US we called front desk they said they will send someone to room to check it out. no one showed up. we went to the front desk and talked to them they said they will check on it they never got back with Us after the Question and Answer meeting I Talked to Steven and told him abought the noise je said he will check on it and get back with Me HE NEVER DID The MAN AT THE KARAOKY lounge did a bad job my Wife went up to sing 3 times and he pulled up the wrong songs. ship really old and outdated: nothing to do during 30 hours of sailing; food was terrible and always the same at buffet or restaurants with a limited drink selection; nothing special about special dining; kid's club with very limited hours is a deal breaker

Great way to travel, only have to unpack once! The servers were great. My favorite is the nightly shows with professional singers and dancers,?they are amazing. Especially the airialist and gymnast and dancers! Wow what a performance!

We have loved this itinerary and have sailed this cruise line with this itinerary 4 other times……this is the only time we have been this disappointed.

The ship and itinerary were nice. Some of the shore excursions did not match the descriptions and did tend to run late. The 2 times we have been on this boat it seemed to have more adult couples and few young children.

Not the best cruise/ship if you’re looking for lots of activity/entertainment. Great for people preferring smaller ships.

The ship was well laid out and the food and service was great. The only issues I had was the WIFI was spotty at times and also slow at times. The Medallion app is great. They also need more water filling stations. The only ones I found were in the buffett dining room.

We've done this itinerary before, but we enjoyed walking around the ports and meeting the locals. The ship was very enjoyable with all the music venues. Stewards were friendly and competent.

This was the very first time making a cruise trip an it was a wonderful experience. For many years I wanted to go to Puerto Vallarta, Manzanillo, Mazatlán, and Cabo San Lucas and now I was able to do it in jus one trip. It was wonderful.
