Review summary

Really enjoyed this cruise, but was disappointed in incorrect breakfast delivery to our room each morning, and very frustrated by the lack of hot water available for showers during peak usage in the AM and PM. The kitchen was responsive to our concerns with the room service and gave us a gift of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to make up for the issues.

Everyone was kind, courteous, and friendly. Jana's attention to detail made for a comfortable and clean room throughout the entire cruise. Johnathan and Ram provided top knotch service each day at our main dining room dinner.

Clean, but definitely ready for it's upcoming dry dock maintenance. Some room fixtures are showing their age, and the lack of hot water available on deck 9 during peak shower time was disappointing.
