We had a great time on this cruise trip, and we are planning to have another trip in the near future.

Overall very fun cruise! However, a lot of fun onboard seemed to require more money (deal or no deal, bingo, arcade, etc), and there was not a lot else to do. Ended up spending a lot. Wish there were more entertainment options without additional costs! Also the kids camp hours were funky, so we only ended up using them once. They were always closed in the late afternoon when it would have been ideal to use them (post lunch, pre-dinner). But everything was really fun and we had a great time!

First time on a cruise and it was not good will never do it again

First West Coast Cruise was a bust! Won't do again or recommend!

Great time with great friends. Royal Caribbean did not disappoint.

My two teens enjoyed every minute on this ship. The teen clubs are amazing. The teens never get board always something fun to do.

This was a trial run for my wife as she was unsure whether or not she would get seasick. She didn't and the cruise was a blast. The cruise director, along with the shows and activities, made for a fun trip.

This was an interesting cruise if you enjoy people watching. It is not recommended to get off on Ensenada unless you really need that cheap trinket and booze. It's easy not to gain weight on the cruise (I lost a few pounds) since the food isn't that great.

Sailed with our kids oldest 11 youngest 6, they had a blast.

My wife and I really enjoyed this time, we got lots of rest, LOVED SERENITY, will definitely cruise again.

This was an amazing long weekend trip. Excellent value for everything you get. I can't wait to go again

No services for the first two days. We didnt get the blanket as asked till the end of day two. Noone picks up call. We went to the Guest Services twice to check on the Room Service Requested. Room service is not interested.

The bottomless bubbles option is ridiculous. We had to constantly wait in line at the bars waiting for the bartenders to mix drinks, just to get a can of soda! Why don't you just set up soda fountains. Also, lines for food on lido deck, especially pizza, were also ridiculous. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for pizza and the waiter handed out pizza to 2 people and then said it would be another 10 minutes. I left without getting pizza. You need to increase the capacity of the pizza, deli and omelette stations.

Ship was nice. Loved the activities. Food was ok. Breakfast was cold everyday. Lines were really long. Not many options for the afternoon snack other than pizza and a burger.

It was our first time doing a cruise and it was pretty fun. The foods in the ship was very average and nothing to boast about. But the drinks they have are great, so many unquie cocktails. We unfortunately had poor weather, it was cloudy, windy, and cold most of our trip, even though it was in June! There were many entertainment options, but only a few that are actually worth attending. We want to give shout out to Jomar our room attendant, Marko the bartender from Hero's bar, and Ana Cristina our guide in Ensenada for being exceptional and makings our trip fun!

Nav of the Seas is a lovely ship with a wonderful crew. Catalina is a nice port if the weather is nice, but Ensenada is not so much. If you have kids there is quite a bit for them to do on the ship if the weather is nice. And with the short cruise days and the price point I think you can get great value for your money.

Quick getaway and affordable price and it was to get us to diamond status.

All good but would schedule later in summer as the weather was UNUSUALLY cold. Our weather disappointment was shared by many families.

But definitely go on this cruise again. It was wonderful.
