It was my first time on Royal Caribbean, and I will always chose them in the future. There was a step up in quality compared to the other cruise line that does the same trip from that port. The staff were friendly and the children's options were great.

A very enjoyable vacation for my daughter and I as we celebrated her birthday! Not knowing what to expect for most event, packing tips were very helpful and insightful. The daily schedule would be nice to have before we leave to review and plan our days ahead of time would be nice. The quality of your experience will depend upon your engagement and participation! Be active and enjoy all that the ship has to offer! We did and loved it.

Royal Carribean offers an amazing vacation! Navigator of the Seas is an impressive ship with so many fun things to do. The food and drinks are delicious with tons of tasty options. But the best part of the experience is the fun and friendly staff that was always so helpful and accommodating

While there were a few disappointments, mostly because Hurricane Lidia caused some itinerary changes, we had a great time overall! There was plenty of fun to be found, both on board and at the ports, plus lots of relaxing down time. A real vacation!! And the food and service was excellent on the Panorama.

Overall a nice cruise. Felt like a 5 day cruise packed into 3. It’s clear RCI has had to cut costs, I hope they start reversing a little (eg quality of food)

The staff provided excellent service each day. The cabin steward made us feel comfortable.

Room was very clean and good size. The food in the main dining room and buffet was horrible! Do not choose dining any time as this is a lie. We had to wait 90 minutes for a table. Once seated the wait staff was terrible. All in all it took us 3 hours to eat.

This was our first cruise! And it will definitely won't be the last! Carnival has made such an awesome impression on us!

The cruise and staff were very nice. There were a lot of children running around.

My husband and I had the time of our lives celebrating my 40th bday on this 7-day cruise. The perfect amount of time, the perfect ports of call, and the perfect amount of drinks via the Deluxe Package.

We were disappointed by Navigator of the Seas this time. The staff were not friendly or accommodating. The food and service were disappointing this time. It's a nice ship though and pretty easy for us to get to, so it's kind of a shame.

it was a good experience for a first time cruiser. learned a lot about traveling with wheelchair bound adult

Nice little getaway trip but as veteran cruisers, we noticed that management is starting to operate like the airlines--everything that used to set this mode of vacation apart from the competition now has an extra price tag. Examples: No ice carving demos or cooking demonstrations, cheap cuts of meat in the dining room, ship tours (once free of charge and delightful) now cost an outrageous $124 PER PERSON, etc.

Cruise was bumpy and I was bounced out of my bed on to the floor while we were floating on fun day at sea...

Good food and fun things to do. Bed is comfy but very loud bedding when you move.

Was a great cruise overall. We did have an issue with our stateroom but was handled professionally and promptly when we went to guest services. We were even given an upgrade to a new stateroom without even asking. Blew us away as this was the first time we had an issue like this for it to be treated so well and quickly.
